5-Minute Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz / ~340 g) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (7 oz / ~200 g) jar marshmallow crème (Fluff)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup (½ stick) butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: ½–1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with foil or parchment and lightly butter it.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter.
  3. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Let it boil for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and immediately stir in:
    • chocolate chips
    • marshmallow crème
    • vanilla
    • nuts (if using)
  5. Stir quickly until smooth and fully melted.
  6. Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Let cool at room temperature or refrigerate until set (about 1 hour).
  8. Cut into squares and enjoy

Tips

  • Work fast once it comes off the heat—fudge sets quickly.
  • For variations: use milk chocolate chips, add peanut butter, or swirl in caramel.
