
5-Minute Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz / ~340 g) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (7 oz / ~200 g) jar marshmallow crème (Fluff)
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup (½ stick) butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: ½–1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with foil or parchment and lightly butter it.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter.
- Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Let it boil for 1 minute. - Remove from heat and immediately stir in:
- chocolate chips
- marshmallow crème
- vanilla
- nuts (if using)
- Stir quickly until smooth and fully melted.
- Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Let cool at room temperature or refrigerate until set (about 1 hour).
- Cut into squares and enjoy
Tips
- Work fast once it comes off the heat—fudge sets quickly.
- For variations: use milk chocolate chips, add peanut butter, or swirl in caramel.
