Mint Chocolate Brownies – 21 Irresistible Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup mint chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in sugar.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and peppermint extract.
  4. Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt together. Gradually mix into the batter.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and mint chocolate chips.
  6. Spread batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For extra mint flavor, add a few drops of green food coloring.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • Top with whipped cream or ice cream for serving.
