- 2 pounds kielbasa sausage
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish.
- Slice the kielbasa into ½-inch thick rounds and spread them evenly in the prepared dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, ketchup, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika until smooth.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the sausage slices. Gently stir to coat everything well.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the sauce is thick, glossy, and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes so the glaze can set.
- Serve warm with toothpicks for easy snacking.
