Candied Kielbasa Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds kielbasa sausage
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish.
  • Slice the kielbasa into ½-inch thick rounds and spread them evenly in the prepared dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, ketchup, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce evenly over the sausage slices. Gently stir to coat everything well.
  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the sauce is thick, glossy, and bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes so the glaze can set.
  • Serve warm with toothpicks for easy snacking.
