Apple, Feta & Walnut Flatbread with Rosemary Drizzle

Ingredients:

1 flatbread or pizza crust

1 large apple, thinly sliced

100g feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1 tablespoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.

Drizzle olive oil over flatbread, then evenly layer apple slices, crumbled feta, and chopped walnuts.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the flatbread is crisp and feta slightly melted.

In a small bowl, mix honey with chopped rosemary. Drizzle over the baked flatbread just before serving.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy warm.
