
Ingredients:
2 ripe pears, halved and cored
100 g (3.5 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp dried cranberries
2 tsp honey
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place pear halves cut side up on a baking dish.
Fill the center of each pear half with crumbled feta and scatter dried cranberries on top.
Drizzle honey over the pears and sprinkle with thyme leaves if using.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until pears are tender and feta slightly melted. Serve warm.
