One Pan Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined tails on or off
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 8 oz. Fettuccine noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter unsalted
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 2 C. Chicken broth
  • ½ C. Whole milk
  • 1 ½ C. Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 C. Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

Add the shrimp and toss everything to ensure the sauce fully covers them. Garnish with parsley, and enjoy!

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet, set to medium-high, and add the shrimp—season with salt and pepper to taste. 

Cook until the shrimp is thoroughly cooked. Remove and set aside. 

Add butter and minced garlic in the same skillet. Cook for 30 seconds and pour in whole milk and chicken broth. Mix to combine. 

Add the fettuccine and close the lid. Cook until the fettuccine is cooked to your preference. 

Pour in the heavy whipping cream and reduce the heat to medium. Cook until your sauce is nicely thickened.

 Add nutmeg and parmesan, and adjust the salt and pepper to your taste.
