
Ingredients :
200g Paneer (cut into cubes)
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp K. Red Chilli Powder
1/2tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Cup Cornflour
Oil to Deep Fry
2 – 3tbsp Oil
2tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
1tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)
2 Chillies
Half Onion
Half each Red , Yellow & Green Bell Peppers
1/2tbsp Red Chilli Paste
1 Cup Water
1/2tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
1tsp White Vinegar
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Aromat Powder
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2tbsp Sugar
Cornflour Slurry – 1tbsp Cornflour + 2tbsp Water
Spring Onions light greens for Garnish
Method :
- Cut paneer into cubes.
- Add salt, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste. Mix gently.
- Coat the paneer in cornflour & set aside for 10 mins.
- Deep fry paneer till light golden brown.
- Heat 2 – 3tbsp oil in a pan.
- Add garlic. Saute till light golden brown.
- Add ginger. Saute for few seconds.
- Add chillies. Saute for few seconds.
- Add onion and bell peppers. Saute for few seconds.
- Add red chilli paste and mix well.
- Add water, soya sauce, white vinegar, salt, sugar, black pepper powder & aromat powder. Mix well bring to a boil.
- Add cornflour slurry. Mix and cook till sauce thickens.
- Add fried paneer. Mix well.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions.
- Enjoy with steamed rice or fried rice.
