Creamy Paprika Steak Shells is a rich, comforting pasta dish that brings bold flavor and indulgent texture together in one satisfying bowl. This recipe combines tender, seared steak with perfectly cooked pasta shells, all coated in a velvety cream sauce infused with smoky paprika. It’s the kind of meal that feels restaurant-worthy but is simple enough to make at home on a busy weeknight. The paprika is the star here it adds warmth, color, and a subtle smokiness that elevates the entire dish without overpowering the beef or cream.
What makes this recipe truly special is the balance of flavors. The steak is seasoned generously and cooked hot and fast to develop a deep crust while staying juicy inside. Once sliced, it soaks up the creamy sauce beautifully. The pasta shells are ideal because they trap the sauce in every bite, ensuring maximum flavor. Garlic and onion create a savory base, while cream smooths everything out and Parmesan adds depth and richness. The result is a sauce that’s luxurious but not heavy, coating the pasta and steak just enough without drowning them.
This dish is perfect for nights when you want something hearty and comforting but still a little elevated. It pairs wonderfully with a simple green salad or roasted vegetables, and leftovers reheat surprisingly well. You can easily customize it by using smoked paprika for extra depth, adding mushrooms for earthiness, or adjusting the spice level with chili flakes. Creamy Paprika Steak Shells is bold, cozy, and deeply satisfying—a guaranteed crowd-pleaser that quickly becomes a repeat favorite.
