Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tablespoons melted garlic butter
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This will give your bombs that perfect crispy golden crust.
Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until the beef is fully cooked and fragrant.
Add the Cheese
Once the beef is browned, add the shredded cheese. Stir until it melts into a gooey, cheesy mixture that holds together nicely.
Prepare the Dough
Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a small circle, about 4 inches across.
Fill and Seal
Spoon a generous amount of the cheesy beef filling into the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal completely.
Add Flavor and Bake
Place the filled dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each one with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake to Perfection
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and beautifully puffed.
Cool and Serve
Let them cool slightly before serving, the filling will be hot and gooey inside.
