Ingredients
- 4Â boneless pork chops
- 1 cup blackberries
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked.
- Remove pork chops and set aside.
- In the same pan, add blackberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Pour the sauce over the pork chops before serving.
