Ingredients

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (450 g / 1 lb, cut into 1-inch cubes) – Tender and juicy, perfect for skewers.
  • Olive Oil 30 ml / 2 tbsp – Keeps the chicken moist and enhances flavor.
  • Garlic 4 cloves, 12 g / 0.4 oz, minced – Adds bold, aromatic depth.
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese 25 g / ¼ cup – Melts into the marinade for rich, cheesy flavor.
  • Italian Seasoning 15 g / 1 tbsp – A blend of herbs that brings authentic Mediterranean taste.
  • Paprika 3 g / 1 tsp – Adds subtle smokiness and color.
  • Salt & Pepper to taste – Balances and enhances all flavors.

Instructions

  • Make the Marinade – In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Marinate the Chicken – Add chicken cubes and toss until fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
  • Prep the Grill – Preheat grill to medium-high heat about 10 minutes before cooking.
  • Assemble the Skewers – Thread marinated chicken cubes onto soaked wooden skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  • Grill the Skewers – Cook for 6–8 minutes per side until golden-brown and slightly charred.
